Kae Tempest wrote this. I remember hearing that song for the very first time, the power of the lyrics struck me down, I actually had to sit down and then replayed the song probably four times. The verse "I was ten years old once" , I remember talking to my mother about it and she would say "Well of course, everyone was ten years old once don't be silly"
